Responsibilities

• Execute monthly close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Ensure proper accounting for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, liabilities, and equity
• Support bank covenant compliance by preparing monthly compliance reports
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analyze and document financial variances to trends, budget, and forecast
• Assist the FP&A team in preparing forecasts and budgets
• Prepare monthly sales commissions analysis and ensure timely payment
• Support accounts disbursements, cash forecasting, and expense reimbursements
• Assist with sales and use tax process and compliance
• Participate in financial system implementation and testing
• Support bi-monthly payroll analysis and financial audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• 3–6 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Highly detail oriented and organized
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA
