Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, treasury management, and bank reconciliations
• Assist with accounting for international operations, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and vendors
• Evaluate and implement scalable accounting systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience
• Deep understanding of US GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reporting
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA license or qualification for CPA license
• Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or high-growth startup
