Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports including actuals vs budget vs forecast
• Perform variance analysis and highlight key drivers
• Support annual budget and periodic forecast cycles
• Maintain and update financial models and templates
• Track KPIs and operational metrics
• Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation across ERP systems and dashboards
• Support business teams with financial insights and cost tracking analysis

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, or Finance Operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills and basic knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI
• Deep understanding of financial statements
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA in Finance
• Experience supporting business stakeholders with financial analysis and insights
