Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions
• Process and reconcile AR invoices, monitor aging reports, and coordinate collections
• Manage vendor invoices, payment runs, and supplier statement reconciliations
• Maintain GL integrity through accurate journal entries and regular balance sheet reconciliations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards
• Analyze budget vs. actual results and provide variance explanations
• Communicate financial status and resolve queries for clients and senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP and local financial regulations
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or CMA certification
• Experience in real estate or property management
• Experience in client-facing finance roles
