Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute day-to-day general accounting activities for the manufacturing site
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes
• Perform analysis and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts including Accrued Expenses and Capital Assets
• Ensure iCTC GL transactions are accounted for in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Prepare and book journal entries for month-end close
• Assist with SOX 404B efforts, including documenting and performing key controls
• Review purchase orders, vendor invoices, contracts, and manufacturing documents
• Assist in inventory and costing processes, variance analysis, and SEC filings
• Ensure compliance with business filings and license renewals

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting
• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
• Working knowledge of SOX environments and technical accounting
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle simultaneous assignments under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Big 4 experience
• CPA certification
• Industry experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or plant operations
• Cost accounting experience
