Senior Accountant, International

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close and annual audit processes for international subsidiaries
• Coordinate local regulatory filings and legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Support consolidation efforts with the GQG Group
• Assist the Investor Relations team with share register management and investor queries
• Manage vendors to ensure adherence to service levels, KPIs, and deliverables
• Support IR processes including Annual General Meetings, earnings presentations, and roadshows
• Oversee dividend processes and the conversion of common stock to CDIs

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel for data analysis
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to participate in calls across different time zones due to the global nature of the role

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in public accounting
• Previous experience within the asset management or financial services industry
• Hands-on experience using NetSuite
