Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Support the annual audit process through preparation of schedules and reconciliations
• Research and resolve technical accounting issues
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Biz Ops, Product, IT, and Legal teams
• Drive automation and continuous improvement to streamline accounting workflows
• Leverage technology and AI-enabled solutions to enhance reporting accuracy
• Assist with implementation and optimization of financial systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• CPA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in public accounting or public company environments preferred
• Experience with NetSuite desired
• Advanced Excel and Google Suite skills
• Proficiency in using AI to improve processes
• Strong understanding of GAAP-compliant accounting
