Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly F&B financial reports
• Monitor food and beverage costs and control variances
• Review and reconcile inventory, purchases, and supplier invoices
• Support P&L preparation and financial analysis
• Conduct cost control audits and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure proper recording of sales, wastage, and stock movements
• Coordinate with operations and purchasing departments
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality accounting
• Strong understanding of cost control and P&L analysis
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
