Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of all journal entries
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards
• Coordinate and support external audits
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and analysis
• Assist in tax preparation and filing
• Identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 8 years of total experience
