About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including receivables, payables, and general ledger
- Lead reconciliation, closing, and audit processes
- Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–7 years of strong accounting experience, preferably in retail or multi-branch operations
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and Lebanese regulations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in accounting systems and advanced MS Excel
- Ability to manage teams and deliver under pressure
