Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing calendar
• Perform bank reconciliations in both MXN and USD
• Execute intercompany account reconciliations
• Record advances, provisions, and accounting adjustments with high precision
• Prepare financial operation reports for US-based activities for review
• Generate financial reports to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure the correct application of US GAAP and IFRS standards in all accounting records
• Review contracts, invoices, and other accounting documents to verify proper entry

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Fe, CDMX
