Senior Accountant, GL Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance in areas including prepaid expenses, fixed assets, leases, and intangible amortization
• Support period-end close activities, including complex journal entries and reconciliations
• Support month-end close processes and assist with global consolidation
• Analyze and explain monthly balance sheet and income statement fluctuations and variances
• Support internal and external reporting requirements and disclosures
• Assist with ad hoc analyses and special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Excel
• Strong analytical and data aggregation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Experience in Big 4 public accounting
• Experience in technology company roles
