Responsibilities

• Debt recovery: identifying overdue accounts and implementing strategies to recover outstanding payments
• Negotiation with Customers: negotiating repayment plans and finding alternative payment solutions
• Reconciliation: comparing and matching financial records to resolve discrepancies
• Aging analysis: creating detailed aging reports to track overdue accounts and provide actionable insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (English Section)
• 2-3 years of experience in Manufacturing industries
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably Oracle
• Very good English verbal and written skills

Preferred Qualifications

• IFRS Diploma
