Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports and recommend corrective actions
• Lead month-end close activities related to accounts receivable, including journal entries and variance analysis
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Product, and Client Support to resolve billing discrepancies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting workflows and increase automation
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the AR cycle and support junior team members

Requirements

• 2-4 years of accounting operations experience in a public company
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and internal controls frameworks
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end close processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or progress toward certification
• Experience with NetSuite or similar Accounting ERP systems
• Experience managing high-volume transaction environments
• Familiarity with the technology industry
