Senior Accountant - Consolidations

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounting entries and complete consolidation steps for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Assist in ensuring compliance with SEC, US GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations
• Participate in the documentation of required disclosures for Form 10-Q and 10-K filings
• Present critical financial information to management and external auditors
• Provide financial and analytical support as required to the accounting department

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial reporting
• 2+ years of experience in consolidation processes or preparing public filings (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks by priority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a multinational public company or global organization
• A mix of public accounting and industry experience
• Working knowledge of intercompany eliminations, foreign currency transactions, and topside entries
• Proficiency with financial systems such as Hyperion, HFM, or Workiva
• Demonstrated skills in financial analysis and business writing
