Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting and analysis for various Customer Operations P&L accounts
• Prepare schedules to support accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Ensure balance sheets are accurately stated and reconciled to the general ledger
• Review financial statements for operating trends and research variances to assist with forecasting and budgeting
• Prepare financial reports and analyze data for management review
• Research and develop automated Oracle routines, mass allocations, and workflow automation
• Assist with internal and external audit processes as needed
• Streamline and standardize processes to support the Accounting function

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant accounting work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends if necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Knowledge of Oracle or other workflow automation tools
• Experience with Power BI or Data Analyze 360
