Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Perform and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals for month-end and year-end close
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Manage multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange transactions
• Coordinate month-end and year-end processes across international subsidiaries
• Handle intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
• Support the preparation of schedules for external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls
• Work closely with AP, AR, FP&A, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite or Oracle
• Experience with foreign exchange transactions and intercompany reconciliations
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or CPA eligibility
• Experience in a publicly traded technology, fintech, SaaS, or digital asset company
• Experience in month-end close, audit support, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with consolidation and foreign currency processes
