Responsibilities

• Own bank reconciliations across multiple entities and bank accounts, including managing automated bank feeds in NetSuite
• Maintain the fixed asset subledger, including additions, disposals, transfers, and monthly depreciation
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts for monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Support general ledger activities, including intercompany entries and recurring close tasks
• Partner with AP, AR, and Treasury to research and resolve reconciling items
• Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation for external auditors
• Support the documentation, design, and adherence to internal controls for a SOX-ready environment
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and scalability
• Support NetSuite reconciliations, reporting, and ongoing system enhancements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in multi-entity environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and core accounting processes
• Advanced Excel skills (large data sets, lookups, pivot tables)
• Process-focused mindset with experience building or improving workflows
• Technology-forward approach with interest in automation and system integrations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP
