Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations across the GL
• Run assigned areas of the monthly close end-to-end, including scheduling and documentation
• Contribute to accounting policies and SOPs
• Partner with the Accounting Manager and Financial Systems Engineer on close automation, ERP improvements, and AI-assisted reconciliation
• Support audit and technical accounting work by providing support and translating GAAP for non-finance stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-7 years of accounting experience at a high-growth company or top public accounting firm
• Strong GAAP fluency
• Extreme attention to detail and precision
• Familiarity with NetSuite or comparable ERP
• Comfort with spreadsheets and AI tooling
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or progress toward CPA designation
