Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for the Galleon program, including procurement, inventory, CIP, and capitalization
• Serve as primary administrator for the fixed asset management system (NetAsset)
• Evaluate and document accounting treatment for assets under U.S. GAAP
• Maintain fixed asset and inventory subledgers and ensure monthly reconciliation to the general ledger
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for assigned areas
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Partner with FP&A on capex and depreciation forecasting
• Design and maintain internal controls over asset and inventory accounting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Active CPA license required
• 4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP (ASC 330, ASC 360)
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
• Experience managing fixed asset programs or capital-intensive operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth or startup environments
• Experience with Power Query or similar automation tools
