About the Company

Antenna Group is a leading international content, media and entertainment organization, owning and operating a diverse portfolio of global media assets across a variety of platforms including Television, Pay TV, OTT, Radio, Cinema Exhibition, Digital, Music, Publishing and Education.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting activities including recording transactions, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Ensure full compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements such as MyData, VAT, CIT, and withholding taxes
• Perform treasury activities including payments, loans, and cash monitoring
• Prepare and post annual closing accounting entries under Greek GAAP and IFRS
• Prepare, review, and sign off financial statements
• Lead the annual statutory audit and support external auditors
• Monitor financial aspects of real estate projects including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
• Prepare and present financial reports such as budget vs actuals, P&L, and accruals to the Project Management team
• Support the Antenna Group Accounting team and participate in various finance projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as an accountant with A’ class signatory rights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• High ethical standards
