Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions including AP/AR, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and revenue/expenditure.
• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice processing to final payment.
• Oversee the accounts receivable cycle, including issuing customer invoices and following up on collections.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and monthly/annual cash forecasts.
• Assist with budget monitoring and annual audit preparations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage tax activities including income tax, WHT, VAT, and salary tax to ensure full compliance.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and recommend improvements to accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (English section is a must).
• 4-6 years of professional experience in a similar accounting role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CMA or IFRS certification.
• Previous experience in the E-Educational or E-commerce sectors.
