Senior Accountant - Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Book Trade and Non-Trade Payables using correct GL and analytical codes
• Process timely and accurate payments while preventing double-payments
• Perform account allocation and maintain clean PTP balances
• Liaise with Master Data and SLO for supplier and payment details
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on aged items
• Handle internal and external AP inquiries promptly
• Maintain proper records and assist with intercompany payments
• Collaborate on banking matters, cash flow, and financial reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically using XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Strong knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process
• Excellent English communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Multinational Corporation (MNC)
• Proficiency in using SUN or Oracle accounting software
