Senior Accountant, Accounting Reporting and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and dashboards on accounting data, including revenue, costs, and transaction velocity.
• Analyze drivers, trends, and root causes to provide strategic business insights.
• Prepare summaries of data and analyses, highlighting key findings and potential areas for follow-up.
• Assist in the implementation of reporting and analysis projects.
• Support monthly and quarterly review processes by preparing schedules and reporting materials for leadership.
• Triage and respond to internal requests for accounting-related reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, data analytics, or FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience performing ad-hoc financial analyses.
• Knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Incorta).
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience working with large databases such as Oracle or Vertica.
