Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and quarterly bookkeeping, including bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets
• Track accounts payable and receivable
• Handle GST computation and support for IRAS filing
• Manage tax compliance, including ECI filing and corporate tax filing (Form C / C-S)
• Prepare XBRL for ACRA filing and manage annual returns
• Process monthly payroll, including CPF submissions and employee IR8A filing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Willingness to learn Singapore-specific accounting standards (GST, IRAS, ACRA, CPF)
