Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly balance sheets, P&L statements, cash flow reports, budgets, and variance analysis
• Handle detailed month-end closing processes
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and identify areas for process improvement
• Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
• Utilize Tally and MS Excel for extensive reporting and financial analysis
• Provide financial insights and summaries to support management decision-making

Requirements

• B.Com degree
• 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proven experience working within a manufacturing industry setup
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, Gujarati, and/or English
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
