Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting including sales, purchases, invoice/PO generation, and inter-company reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L, cash flow, budgets, and variance analysis
• Oversee treasury functions, bank reconciliations, cash flow planning, and fund management
• Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, income tax, PF, and PT
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls and procurement planning
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff and coordinate with auditors
• Handle month-end closing processes and ensure full utilization of ERP systems

Requirements

• M.Com or B.Com degree
• 7–8 years of total accounting experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role
• At least 2 years of recent experience in a manufacturing industry (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry
