Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium-sized projects and provide day-to-day support on larger projects
• Ensure operational excellence and highest standard of execution across all deliverables
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and offer input on strategy, creative, and production
• Lead key client meetings including status updates, briefings, and agency presentations
• Manage financial responsibilities including SOWs, estimates, and billing
• Monitor client business objectives and business competition
• Mentor and support the career development of junior team members

Requirements

• Experience as an Account Manager delivering large scale through-the-line (TTL) campaigns
• Mandatory experience in Above The Line (ATL) advertising
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and agency partners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
