About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Interpret client briefs and challenge requirements to ensure optimal solutions
- Write and contribute to briefs and develop insights for planning and creative processes
- Present creative work to clients and manage feedback
- Support data strategy development in collaboration with the data team
- Manage project budgets, estimations, and end-of-month invoicing
- Partner with implementation teams to ensure technical feasibility within CRM systems
- Troubleshoot ad hoc issues and requests
- Support larger strategic opportunities and maintain team administration
Requirements
- Experience in CRM campaign management (email, push notifications)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and data teams
- Strong client management and presentation skills
- Experience with project budgeting and financial reconciliation
