Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end client relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Deliver data-driven insights by analyzing campaign performance within the Vidmob platform
  • Drive strategic account planning focused on retention, expansion, and revenue growth
  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews to demonstrate ROI to executive stakeholders
  • Monitor account health metrics to proactively mitigate risk and ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in SaaS or AdTech
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets through account growth and upsells
  • Strong background in the advertising industry and digital media

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing enterprise and agency client relationships
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and build trust with C-level executives
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to inform strategic decisions
