Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of key agency accounts as a strategic advisor
• Drive account strategy, performance, and retention by aligning platform capabilities to client goals
• Partner with Trading, Sales, and internal teams to scale accounts and unlock revenue
• Lead strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and performance discussions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on The Trade Desk platform
• Deliver client education and training on new features and best practices
• Collaborate with Product Management to share client feedback and advocate for enhancements
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to Client Services excellence

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in online advertising, ad tech, or digital media
• 3+ years in a client-facing, account management, or strategic services role
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising (RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers)
• Experience managing and optimizing CPA, CPC, and CPM-based campaigns
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Proven success growing revenue and strategic value within accounts
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously
