About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a roster of accounts to grow client businesses
- Act as a platform expert to offer creative marketing strategy insights
- Collaborate with Sales and Trading functions to achieve client objectives
- Cultivate relationships with brand and agency clients as a consultant
- Own training plans for client onboarding and programmatic education
- Provide product feedback to Product Management and Partnerships to drive platform improvements
- Develop standard methodologies and training collateral for Client Services
Requirements
- At least 5 years of client-facing experience
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of growing accounts through strategic relationship management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office for data analysis
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with online advertising or SaaS platforms
- Previous experience in mentorship roles
