About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a roster of accounts to grow client businesses
  • Act as a platform expert to offer creative marketing strategy insights
  • Collaborate with Sales and Trading functions to achieve client objectives
  • Cultivate relationships with brand and agency clients as a consultant
  • Own training plans for client onboarding and programmatic education
  • Provide product feedback to Product Management and Partnerships to drive platform improvements
  • Develop standard methodologies and training collateral for Client Services

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of client-facing experience
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of growing accounts through strategic relationship management
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office for data analysis
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with online advertising or SaaS platforms
  • Previous experience in mentorship roles
