Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant to senior client stakeholders, translating market insights into high-performing media strategies.
• Manage complex external account dynamics and resolve senior-level conflicts with professional negotiation skills.
• Execute campaign tasks flawlessly in a fast-paced environment through effective time management and prioritization.
• Maintain a hands-on understanding of platform capabilities to ensure high-quality execution and optimization.
• Drive revenue retention and expansion by identifying strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities within a premier portfolio.
• Partner with Business Development functions to onboard major new customers and expand existing lines of business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• 5+ years of online advertising experience.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience with a proven track record of growing accounts.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Hands-on expertise in programmatic advertising (DSP, SSP, DMP, MMP, Martech, etc.).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
