About the role
Responsibilities
- Build consultative relationships with SMB/Mid-Market vendors to drive results with TKWW products
- Manage a regional book of business to achieve monthly ACV, revenue, and retention targets
- Directly own vendor retention by managing renewals and handling cancellation/downgrade requests
- Act as the "voice of the vendor" to improve satisfaction and long-term LTV
- Contribute to the redesign of vendor communication flows and email strategies
- Conduct account onboarding to ensure new vendor success and data compliance
- Serve as a technical resource and primary point of contact for new hires
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and drive operational improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consultative renewal, retention, expansion, or cancellation roles within SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting revenue goals and customer performance targets
- Experience managing high-impact books of business with direct accountability for outcomes
- Strong influencing and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Gong.ai
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to work US Eastern hours
