Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients to ensure project alignment and goal achievement
• Monitor real-time status of client jobs within the creative department to ensure quality control and timely delivery
• Drive strategic growth by identifying upsell opportunities and securing new business to meet quarterly targets
• Maintain daily contact with clients regarding active projects, upcoming campaigns, and long-term brand strategy
• Lead presentations of creative concepts and layouts, translating client feedback into actionable directives for the creative team
• Oversee client advertising budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and profitable project management

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in the Marketing or Advertising industry
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with the ability to coordinate complex workflows
