About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a sales territory of national and multi-national accounts within the medical device and healthcare markets.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through relationship depth and pricing margin improvement.
- Serve as the primary lead point of contact for assigned accounts, managing cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support contract negotiations and re-contracting efforts in alignment with commercial goals.
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within the existing customer base and through new acquisitions.
- Conduct professional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance and reinforce partnership value.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to ensure data integrity for pipeline and forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, account management, or commercial operations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings and site visits.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing complex or multi-site accounts in healthcare, life sciences, or a regulated services industry.
- Background in sterilization, operations, or quality services.
- Experience negotiating complex strategic contracts.
