Responsibilities
- Understand and follow sales policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards
- Position the company for prime opportunities by selling organizational capabilities and solutions
- Manage all activities related to selected accounts within a specific vertical or industry
- Identify new project opportunities through deep product knowledge across all business lines
- Conduct client assessments regarding profitability, business size, and delivery capabilities
- Develop knowledge of competitors, client problems, goals, and needs to define solutions
- Oversee proposal development to ensure offers provide affordable value and address key requirements
- Manage the process of offer negotiations and closing deals
- Coordinate efforts between Project Managers and Customer Support Engineers for a synergistic approach
- Partner with Project Managers to handle accounts from contract signing to project finalization
- Monitor logistical functions for product delivery and coordinate collection activities with Finance & Accounting
- Monitor client satisfaction and communicate concerns to relevant departments
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electronic and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar
- 7-8 years of sales experience specifically within the Hospitality Sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
