About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships through reliability and strategic understanding
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans and ensure alignment across creative, strategy, and media teams
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
- Lead client presentations and strategic discussions while proactively identifying challenges
- Mentor and guide account teams, ensuring adherence to agency processes
- Support budgeting accuracy, cost control, and smooth financial processes for assigned projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising or marketing agency
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically within an advertising agency
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Ability to lead presentations and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities
