Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and manage client relationships
• Act as the main contact for clients, leading meetings and providing strategic updates
• Oversee collaboration across paid media, SEO, content, and design departments
• Manage end-to-end client account processes from onboarding to execution
• Review all deliverables, reports, and communications for accuracy and professionalism
• Participate in strategy discussions to enhance campaign direction
• Take ownership of operational tasks and proactively solve problems

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
• Experience managing client accounts, campaigns, or internal operations
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong grasp of digital marketing including paid media, SEO, and content
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
