About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage selected accounts within a specific vertical, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify new project opportunities through continuous technical assessments and deep product knowledge.
- Oversee the full proposal development process, creating value-driven offers that address client needs.
- Lead offer negotiations and drive the closing of deals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and Customer Support Engineers, to ensure a synergistic approach.
- Manage the account lifecycle from contract signing through project finalization and product delivery.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting departments to manage collection activities for assigned accounts.
- Monitor sales service efficiency and communicate client concerns to relevant business units.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electronic and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of professional sales experience specifically within the Hospitality Sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong computer skills and ability to manage technical assessments.
