Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow relationships with a select group of large, complex global brands.
• Partner with Client Partners, Creative Strategists, and Marketing Science to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns.
• Manage complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable ROI for clients.
• Analyze campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven measurement strategies and identify optimization or upsell opportunities.
• Serve as a product expert by educating clients and agencies on Snap’s advertising products and best practices.
• Drive adoption of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools through technical support and real-time analysis.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the digital media industry, specifically focusing on performance and brand marketing.
• Proven experience in ad-tech or programmatic environments, including real-time bidding marketplaces.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
• Existing relationships with marketing, performance, and biddable teams at media and creative agencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• A passion for Snapchat as a user and deep knowledge of our ad products.
• A proven track record of delivering on sales quotas and obtaining positive client reviews.
