Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with key clients to exceed advertiser expectations
• Partner with Account Executives and Analysts to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat
• Manage complex projects involving cross-functional collaboration both internally and externally
• Analyze campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven measurement strategies and identify upsell opportunities
• Serve as a product expert by educating brands on Snap’s products and advising on best practices
• Increase adoption of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools through technical support and real-time analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• 8+ years of experience in the digital media industry
• Expertise in performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic real-time bidding marketplaces
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides
• Proven track record of delivering on quotas and managing multiple projects with high attention to detail
• Existing relationships with client decision-makers and brand marketers
