Senior Account Manager, Service Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute strategic service sales plans to deliver measurable growth across assigned global strategic accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, proposal development, solution presentation, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain a high-visibility service sales pipeline for deployment, contract, monitoring, repair, and parts services.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define and exceed annual revenue targets.
• Partner with Offering and Marketing teams to create compelling customer-facing value propositions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning Vertiv's service solutions with their operational objectives.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in technical or service sales with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the data center or communications industries preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel 25-50% based on business needs.
