About the role
Responsibilities
- Secure new customer wins and cloud sales
- Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, and channel partners
- Drive alignment and teamwork within teams and across organizational boundaries
- Actively monitor pipeline, collect feedback, and update involved parties on closure
- Collaborate with local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions
- Surface customer wins and partner capacity needs to the Partner Management team
- Control main performance indicators including hand-off rate, close rate, velocity, and revenue recapture
Requirements
- Native level Swedish and fluent English (B2)
- 3-6 years of technology-related sales or business development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solutions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- EU passport required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment
- Knowledge of technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools
