About the role

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and achieve cloud sales targets
  • Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, and channel partners
  • Promote alignment and teamwork across teams and organizational boundaries
  • Monitor pipelines, collect feedback, and inform stakeholders on progress toward closing
  • Support the execution of closing plans and work with local TCM on partner introductions
  • Identify partner capacity and competency needs to drive development and recruitment
  • Manage key performance indicators including conversion rates, closing rates, speed, and contract retention

Requirements

  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2)
  • 3-6 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development
  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering)
  • Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions
  • Proficiency in modern sales techniques and tools
  • EU passport required
