About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain constant contact with existing international enterprise clients to understand their needs and strategize personalized upsell plans
- Provide after-sales support, cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Build and develop high-quality relationships with enterprise customers through proactive communication and improvement action plans
- Manage a dedicated customer portfolio, keeping information updated and building tracking reports on account status
- Promote and explain new products, services, and functionalities to existing customers
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer support teams to provide valuable client feedback
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in English
- Proven experience working with sales targets
- Experience in Customer Success, Customer Satisfaction, or Account Management
- Strong organizational skills with extensive experience using CRM tools and portfolio management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
