About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain constant contact with existing international enterprise clients to understand their needs and strategize personalized upsell plans
  • Provide after-sales support, cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Build and develop high-quality relationships with enterprise customers through proactive communication and improvement action plans
  • Manage a dedicated customer portfolio, keeping information updated and building tracking reports on account status
  • Promote and explain new products, services, and functionalities to existing customers
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer support teams to provide valuable client feedback

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Proven experience working with sales targets
  • Experience in Customer Success, Customer Satisfaction, or Account Management
  • Strong organizational skills with extensive experience using CRM tools and portfolio management
