Senior Account Manager, Platform Demand

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic account management and sales leadership for a portfolio of client accounts across Southern Europe (France, Italy, and Spain)
• Develop and execute account strategies to maintain existing revenue and drive growth
• Manage day-to-day activities including billing, customer retention, and relationship management
• Partner with sales teams to develop new opportunities, manage pipelines, and support revenue forecasting
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to strengthen broader business relationships
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, working closely with customer service and support teams
• Mentor and train junior-level account managers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles
• Proven experience negotiating commercial deals and campaign terms with DSPs, SSPs, or independent entities
• Strong knowledge of the adtech and programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, and exchanges)
• Experience managing direct relationships with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs)
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue within existing accounts
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Bachelor's Degree
