About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage core customer relationships to drive expansion, renewals, and satisfaction
  • Achieve quarterly sales and retention goals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop long-term account strategies
  • Conduct consultative product demonstrations for clients
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams on retention and growth
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and pipeline using Salesforce and Catalyst
  • Prospect new accounts using LinkedIn Navigator and other channels

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
  • Proven ability to close complex deals
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Catalyst
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Authorized to work in Japan without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Interest in private equity and venture capital markets
