About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the client, owning communications across briefing, status updates, reviews, and presentations
- Build a trusted, proactive client relationship and identify opportunities to add value to the account
- Write and own all incoming briefs, translating client requirements into clear, actionable creative direction
- Proof and quality-control all outgoing work to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
- Set and track realistic timelines across multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate with print and merchandise suppliers, managing relationships and delivery schedules
- Manage, develop, and grow a team of four, providing regular constructive feedback
- Allocate resources across the workload and manage project-level budgets, including cost estimation and invoicing
Requirements
- Substantial account management experience in an agency or in-house studio
- Proven experience managing and developing a small creative team
- Solid retail or channel marketing background across print, digital, social, and web channels
- Excellent briefing and proofing skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple concurrent projects
- Working knowledge of print and merchandise production processes
- Proficiency in managing project-level budgets and financial administration
- Advanced proficiency with Gen AI tools to improve account management workflows
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically for accuracy and brand alignment
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in a European language
- Experience designing or refining AI-assisted workflows
