About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage planning and account management for all creative work for a global law firm client
  • Act as the on-site lead to build collaborative relationships with the global client base
  • Manage the on-site team to deliver a first-class client experience
  • Oversee brand guardianship and day-to-day resource decisions
  • Line manage a Project Manager and a Digital Content Executive
  • Own processes and systems for client work delivery
  • Interpret client briefs, manage project timelines, and ensure output meets requirements
  • Support Business Development by handling escalations and identifying new opportunities
  • Assist with financial management, billing, and KPI monitoring

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in an agency environment
  • Excellent client engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage junior team members
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Analytical and numerical skills
  • Negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail
