About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage planning and account management for all creative work for a global law firm client
- Act as the on-site lead to build collaborative relationships with the global client base
- Manage the on-site team to deliver a first-class client experience
- Oversee brand guardianship and day-to-day resource decisions
- Line manage a Project Manager and a Digital Content Executive
- Own processes and systems for client work delivery
- Interpret client briefs, manage project timelines, and ensure output meets requirements
- Support Business Development by handling escalations and identifying new opportunities
- Assist with financial management, billing, and KPI monitoring
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in an agency environment
- Excellent client engagement and relationship-building skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage junior team members
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail
